As mentioned in last week’s blog post, we can’t express how much gratitude we have for each and every individual that made this past year possible. There were so many milestones to celebrate these past 365 + days, that we can’t even begin to wrap our brains around it! Despite all the emotional & financial uncertainties and the lack of day to day in person connection, our team continued to provide a safe and welcoming space for our students, school staff and communities
In combination with the dire need for better access to mental health resources due to the pandemic, and the incredible work by our MLP staff, we were able to make transcendent changes to mental and emotional wellbeing of the communities we serve and beyond. Lots of love for our incredibly talented Mindful Life Project staff, our supporters and the power of our wonderful partner school communities.
In fact, we’re so grateful for the work that each and every one of you has put in that we wanted to show a little extra gratitude! So for this month’s Mindful resource, we’re including three mindful sits!
We have the opportunity to engage in gratitude practice with sits led by Director JG Larochette & Coach Will on Gratitude, followed by some heartfulness practice with Coach Raquel in Spanish!
