With 2020 being a year that brought stress upon countless numbers of people across the globe, there has never been a more necessary time to take care of yourself. The drama this year has forced many of us to constantly carry massive amounts of stress, which takes its toll in numerous ways. With the never-ending race that is life, we often overlook that much needed time to show some heartfulness to self. It’s stressful living in today’s society, so a way to keep anxiety levels at a minimum is by carving time out of your day to do things you love or build a practice. We owe our mind, bodies & souls this gratitude and love.
