Mindful Sits - The Mindful Life Way!
MLP has always worked to be as engaging as possible and listen to the youth in our programs. As we began to run services in the early days of MLP, our youth wanted popular songs on the radio to be flipped into mindful songs. As a result, we now create “mindful music” by collaborating with our students and remixing the songs into mindfulness lessons.
